The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has declined the request by Deputy Commissioner of Police DCP Abba Kyari to order the Federal Government to release him from the custodyof NDLEA.
Rather the court ordered the embattled Kyari to put the federal government on notice of the suit he instituted against it.
The suspended DCP had dragged the Federal Government before the court challenging his continued detention by NDLEA an agency of the federal government.
